Seize the Day Consulting shall not distribute, publicize, or reproduce this intellectual property without expressed consent from the client. All personal or corporate information that a client may reveal to Seize the Day Consulting, either through electronic correspondence or verbal communication shall be kept confidential.

Seize the Day Consulting shall not distribute a client’s name or contact information to a third party without the express permission of the client.

Ethics
Seize the Day Consulting shall not accept any job that breaches lawful or ethical boundaries.

Scheduling and Payment
Seize the Day Consulting is dedicated to the timely completion and delivery of all products and services.  Seize the Day Consulting will accept cash or cheque for all products and services.
